Dr. Sederburg has served as a Michigan State Senator, President of Ferris State University, President of Utah Valley University and interim Chancellor of UNC Wilmington. He has also served as Utah Commissioner of Higher Education and the inaugural Chair of the Midwest Higher Education Commission.In all of these positions he has been an advocate for the use of technology. As a retiree, he currently chairs a group of 100 WNC educators interested in using artificial intelligence effectively and ethically.
