Abstract

Most business owners use AI the way people used the internet in 1996 - they check the weather. They type questions into ChatGPT, read the answer, and close the tab. Meanwhile, a quiet revolution is underway: small teams are using AI agents to run real business operations, following up with leads, generating reports, managing content pipelines, and handling customer support ... all autonomously. The gap between "asking AI questions" and "giving AI a job" is the biggest competitive window most of us will see in our careers. But closing that gap wrong is worse than not closing it at all. This session walks you through the progression from chatbot to co-worker with live demonstrations, then gives you a practical framework for identifying where to start in your own business and what order to do it in so you don't automate the wrong thing first.
